Questions about trust stewardship.
What kinds of trusts do you manage assets for?+
We provide investment management and fiduciary stewardship for a wide range of trust structures, including revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, HEMS trusts, special needs trusts, marital and bypass trusts, and generation-skipping trusts. Our role is to steward the assets prudently in service of the trust's purpose and its beneficiaries.
Do you serve as trustee, or do you work alongside the trustee?+
We are not a corporate trustee. We partner with the individual, family member, or professional trustee already serving, providing disciplined investment guidance, documentation, and reporting so the trustee can meet their fiduciary responsibilities with confidence.
How do you coordinate with our estate attorney and CPA?+
Trust work is inherently collaborative. We coordinate directly with your estate attorney and CPA on matters of trust interpretation, tax reporting, distributions, and long-term planning, so investment decisions align with the legal structure and tax situation of the trust.
How do you approach investing trust assets?+
We follow the prudent investor standard, building diversified portfolios calibrated to the trust's purpose, time horizon, and the needs of current and future beneficiaries. Every decision is documented and reviewed against the grantor's intent.
Can you help beneficiaries who feel unclear about their trust?+
Yes. We regularly help beneficiaries understand what their trust holds, how distributions work, and what to expect over time, in plain language and without pressure.
Let's talk about the trust you are stewarding.
Whether you are a trustee weighing your responsibilities, a beneficiary seeking clarity, or a family preparing for what comes next, we would be glad to listen.
