The guarantee does not apply to operating expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs, or interest paid on margin loans. This guarantee also does not protect against any market fluctuations or risk within your investment accounts.

*How long do I have to request a refund under the guarantee?
Your request must be received no later than the next calendar quarter after the fee was charged.
*How long will it take to receive my refund?
Funds will be credited to the account charged in approximately four weeks of a valid request.
